Privacy Policy

Your privacy and the security of your information are important to Tenant Titans. This policy explains how we handle information you share with us and information collected through this website.

Personal Information

We treat personal information you provide to us outside of our website as private and protect information subject to attorney-client privilege where applicable. Contacting us does not, by itself, establish an attorney-client relationship.

We do not sell or rent your information for money. We may share information when necessary to represent your interests in a legal matter or when you direct us to do so. This may include medical providers, insurance companies, and technical experts relevant to your case. We may also disclose information if directed by a court or required by law. Certain advertising-related disclosures may be considered “sharing” under California privacy law; see Cookies and Data Collection below.

Website

Information sent through this website or email may not be fully secure. Those communications should not be considered confidential or privileged and do not create an attorney-client relationship. The content on this website is for informational purposes only and is not legal advice. Tenant Titans is responsible for the content of this website.

Our consultation form may collect your name, contact information, address, details about conditions in your home, and any photos or other files you choose to upload. We send form submissions and attachments to HubSpot to receive and manage your inquiry. The address search uses Google’s address lookup service when you use it. Please avoid including information you do not want to send through an online form.

Cookies and Data Collection

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember privacy choices and may use them to understand visits, measure advertising, or show a call-tracking phone number. Depending on your choices, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics may receive information about your visit, and CallRail may receive information about site visits and calls. Advertising and conversion-measurement services may receive identifiers associated with an ad click or visit. These identifiers and online activity can be personal information under applicable law.

If you arrive through a campaign, the site may receive UTM parameters, advertising click IDs, and referral information. When attribution is enabled, first-party cookies may retain first- and most-recent-visit details across pages, and available attribution details may be included with a consultation submission to HubSpot. Essential form submission works independently of optional analytics and advertising choices.

You can allow or decline optional services and change your choices at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling optional services may limit our ability to measure visits and advertising, but it will not prevent you from submitting the consultation form.
